  • 716 flats with 1200 beds, located from the ground floor to the ground floor and divided into 6 cores: A, B, C, D, E, F (central core on the street side).
  • Common areas dedicated to residents on the ground floor: fitness room - agora area - restaurant
  • Common spaces dedicated to residents on the mezzanine floor: gym - coworking space -Fab lab - music room - laundry - an existing refurbished kitchen
  • An existing car park and technical premises on basement -1
  • Technical rooms located in basement -2
